Shopping is cheaper than a psychiatrist.

The joys of shopping never cease to amaze me. When your feeling down, theres nothing like a bit of shopping and the thrill of retail therapy to lift your spirits. Not to mention how nice and chatty the sales assistants are to you when they can sense an impending credit card blowout. It may seem materialistic but for me theres nothing like strolling through department stores, brightly lit and colourful whilst carrying bags from various stores before getting home and marvelling at all the new and exciting purchases! Im sensing an up and coming splurge in the next few weeks as a post exams splurge...

Go Long.

Long hair is where its at! I think the best look for summer is long, natural locks. whether its beachy and wavy or straight and slick, long hair is the way to go. I had very long hair once and got bored of it and cut it very short! At first i thought i could pull off and work the short look but soon longed for my old long hair again! Never again will i chop it, ive been trying to grow it back for a while now and its almost back to its original glory...hopefully it'll be back to goddess locks come summer...

Summer Dreamin'

Summer is taking its sweet time to emerge! Spring in Melbourne has been disappointing so far, as its been cold, windy and rainy. Im longing for summer so bad, that any sight of sunshine gets me excited! I cant wait for long, sunny days spent at the beach, maxi dresses, tans, bright nail polish, road trips, coronas and lime, going out for dinner with friends while its still light out on the streets and an uplift in everybody's moods! Summer time is the most memorable and fun time for me as its time off to relax and rejuvenate with friends after a long year of study and work. 

I'm sky high.

Even though i'm almost 6feet tall, i absolutely love heels!! When i walk into a shoe store, its like my mind goes into overdrive and my excitement reaches boiling point as i scurry around picking up multiple pairs of shoes in different styles and colours. Some may think its ridiculous to wear such high heels when im already so tall but i love them so much and they make me feel happy, so im not going to stop any time soon. Heels give me confidence when im out and often make an outift perfect!
